NDS Challenge #3

So once again, my scrap bin to the rescue. I started out wanting to make one of those rosettes with a flower in the middle.  After I made the first half I realized I liked the fan too much to continue making the other half of the rosette!  Don't you just love "happy accidents"? They tend to make up A LOT of my projects lately.

I don't have any of Robyn's stamp sets (YET), so I took two Papertrey Ink sets to make the Celebrate You sentiment. The punch is one of Martha Stewart's. I resisted buying her stuff initially, but now I am hooked on her around the page punches.
